Sacred Healing Guide

- Let your body do its natural healing work
Long-Term Care

Protect Your Art
What to Avoid
Beyond the Physical
Energetic Aftercare
At The Wild Lotus, we believe tattoos carry energy. The days after your session are a time to integrate — physically and spiritually. These practices honour the full experience.
Ground Yourself
After your session, take time to ground. Walk barefoot, sit in nature, or simply place your hands on the earth. Your body just received sacred art — let yourself land.
Rest & Honour
Treat the day of your tattoo as a ceremony. Rest deeply, eat nourishing food, and honour what your body just experienced. This is not a day for hustle.
Journal Your Intention
Write about why you chose this piece. What does it represent? What chapter does it mark? Your words anchor the energy of the tattoo into your story.
Hydrate & Nourish
Drink plenty of water and herbal tea in the days following your session. Your body is healing — support it with warmth and hydration.
Meditate with Your Piece
Optional: sit quietly and connect with the intention behind your tattoo. Visualise the energy it carries integrating into your being. Let it become part of you.
